Decent apt complex. Seems to take awhile to get items delivered here. Alot of noise from vehicles passing by, if placed by the main Rd, u can expect that. No ac of course, one is forced to leave windows open. The hot water tank being in the closet and exclusively mine makes for some nice and long showers. So overall, a good place to live. This is a multicultural community and you can always expect the helping staff to be here as well, mon- fri and they are good in responding to tenant concerns.

You need to get better lighting in the parking lot around the smoking shed. For better security and safety for the women residents that smoke there at night

Lived here just over 1 year and I'm active and outside late at night walking my dog, no issues with other tenants or any wanderers such as trash searchers which were very rare. The staff has been pleasant and thankfully I haven't needed their attention on much, maintenance is always friendly and my neighbors have been welcoming as well. There are unfortunately few tenants that believe they can let their dog off the leash when they go outside as well as owners failing to cleanup after their dogs, be aware of that and be open to approaching the Staff about this issue when you see it as I believe they are very responsive to any reports being made and will do what they can to help reduce the issue. Things I think they could improve on is the Northern most garbage location is constantly full, I see maintenance most mornings trying to do their best to keep garbage inside the container as tenants seem resistant to walk to the next garbage areas to dump. There also appears to be an issue with abandoned Bikes, during my daily walks with my dog there are battered and broken bikes at the bike posts of either current or past tenants that have been there for months at least. I would also love to see compost as an option! So hope that's considered for future residence

Thieves live here. I posted up flyers about a missing kitty here and received threatening calls about never posting flyers here again. I set out a humane trap and without fail it was stolen while I was out of sight. I left out a shelter for my outdoor cat and it was stolen. Each separate incidents and within a couple hours of setting them out.

This is actually a great complex. I moved from out of state and was able to handle all of the paperwork remotely and secure my studio with the help of Li Li. She was extremely accommodating, particularly with the key acquisition, even though I was out of state and would be arriving over the weekend when the office was closed and everyone went home for the weekend. Quite helpful. This is actually my second time moving here as well. I chose this complex twice. The new studio I moved into is very clean and excellent quality.
