Asked for a bagel and a tim matin , the English muffin wasn’t toasted and the bagel also , complained and told me I need to tell them to double toast it, it was never toasted, I ask for a coffee and they gave me hot chocolate milk, this is while eating inside, they are totally lost, can’t understand how this place is still in operation,

No Americano, no croissant, no bagel. Why are they open, seriously!!!! To drive there and to be told that.

Disgusting. There is no other word for it. Ordered breakfast croissants. I think they gave me croissants what were 1-2 weeks old, if not more, completely dry and disintegrating into tiny pieces. If I wouldn’t have only discovered this at work, and checked it at the drive-thru, I would have called the cops because this borders on criminal. Avoid at all costs!!!

Most of the staff are children. They don't even want to be there. The attitude and the work ethics are missing. I felt that I was DISTURBING the employee simply by showing up to order food or coffee. The staff is continuously playing around yelling and laughing through the window when ordering drive-thru and they usually screw up my order one way or another. DO NOT ASK FOR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS THEY WILL NOT LISTEN TO YOU. **Edit june 2023** Things are worse than 2021, more children working with no disciplinary supervision. The people in charge are the ones who enable the others to mess around. They don't even care if clients see them. The garbage is not taken care of. If I were Tim Hortons CEO I'd have this place shut down immediately.
