Says 24hr but it is closed. See donuts and coffee but Still closed

Drive thru is at least a 15 minute wait, always busy! The few times that I’ve ordered from there, noticed there were mistakes with my order. Went inside to order and was served within 2 minutes. Donuts were very fresh & soft.

Slow service, multiple mistakes on orders . The service issues are ongoing it's multiple visits with bad service and very slow. Food is the same as every other time but I have multiple time been told that an item is discontinued as a justification when all other Tim's have it. Example the maple Boston creme donut.

Good normal tim horton but no air conditioning and many bugs

The service was terrible. The girl at the checkout doesn’t understand anything (like when I tell her “iced latte”, she asks: “hot?”), another employee tried to help her, but all in vain… after that she gave me wrong cookies that I ordered, and I waited, without exaggeration, 15 minutes for my iced latte and she hands me a hot cup and says that’s an iced latte…. After another 5 minutes, she finally made me a not very tasty iced latte. It seems like she didn't understand either English or French😐😐
