Delayed service but overall convenient locations, with popular coffee and baked goods. Owner is nice but staff is rude.

*** If am going to encounter impolite customers in my vicinity when I go to this restaurant, I might as well not show up there ever again. The man sitting next to me at the bench against the window was playing the audio from his phone too loud. When I politely asked him to lower down the volume, instead of just doing so, he purported that I had also had "made noise" when shoving the chair toward the bench. I told him that wasn't a reason (for him to blast his music next to me) and then, he tells me to "forget it". Highly rude and unacceptable !

visited there 3 times, and their machine didn't accept debit/credit cards. It was quite frustrating. Who still takes cash these days? They should consider that a customer's time is valuable and show respect for it. However, with these issues, they are literally wasting it, which is unfair. When I raised this issue with the manager, she simply said, 'I'm sorry,' but her apology isn't a solution!

This place is a NIGHTMARE. If I could give 0 stars, I would. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 pumpkin spice ice lattes and it took the staff ages to make our drink - so long that clients who came after us already had their drink before we had ours. When we placed the order, the staff wasn’t friendly. Then, we tried our drinks and immediately realized they were plain ice lattes and did not have the pumpkin spice. We went back inside and the guy was like ‘what do you mean pumpkin spice lattes’ - an older lady on the staff had to show him how to do it. In the end, the guy added cream etc to make it a spice latte but my boyfriend’s drink didn’t even taste sweet in any way and barely had any syrup! Never ever coming back here.

Amazing place! I went there during 10am so it wasn't crowded at all, the staff were nice and the breakfast were affordable. Recommended!
