One of the morning cashiers ( the one in front of the entrance who speaks French with an accent) is rude. She has to learn to treat the customers with respect. In general, the atmosphere in this Tim Hortens is tense and the employees look depressed!

EDIT: says closes at 12am but actually still closes before 11 . I went at 11pm again and it was closed when it said closes at 12am .they pick and choose their hours and often time close 1 hour + before closing time - remember this before trying to go to this tims after 11pm Wednesdays - closed before 11 Thursdays- completely shut down and workers gone by 11 I hate when Tim hortons LIE about their hours ! You are NOT open 24 hours , YOU are closed BEFORE 11 ! Fix your hours on your website and stop wasting everyone's time

Title: Extremely Disappointed: Spoiled English Muffin Ruins Tim Hortons Experience I recently visited Tim Hortons with high hopes for a delicious breakfast to start my day. However, my experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing, to say the least. The highlight of my discontent was the appalling serving of a spoiled English muffin with egg and cheese. From the moment I received my order, something seemed off. The English muffin appeared discolored and emitted a distinctly unpleasant odor. Ignoring my initial concerns, I proceeded to take a bite, only to be met with a taste that could only be described as rancid. It was evident that the muffin had passed its expiration date long before it ended up on my plate. The presence of spoiled food is not only a breach of basic hygiene standards but also a severe disappointment for customers who trust Tim Hortons to provide fresh and enjoyable meals. The lack of quality control displayed by the staff is deeply concerning and raises questions about their commitment to maintaining high standards. Beyond the spoiled muffin, I was also disheartened by the overall lack of attention to detail in the preparation of my order. The cheese and egg were carelessly thrown together without any thought to presentation or taste. It was clear that little effort was put into ensuring a satisfying customer experience. When I brought the issue to the attention of the staff, their response was less than satisfactory. They appeared dismissive and disinterested, failing to acknowledge the severity of the situation. Their lack of concern only added to my frustration and solidified my decision to share my experience. As a loyal customer of Tim Hortons, I had expected better. It is disheartening to witness such a decline in the quality of their offerings and the level of service provided. Spoiled food should never find its way onto a customer's plate, and the staff's apathetic response only compounds the issue. I hope that Tim Hortons takes immediate action to rectify these shortcomings and reestablishes their commitment to delivering fresh, delicious meals. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend Tim Hortons to anyone seeking a satisfying breakfast experience.
