Superb cleaning of a new tiled floor. Got ride of all the haze and cement residue and cleaned the porcelain tiles brilliantly. Truly delighted and Alicia is extremely professional and thorough.

We were delighted with Alecia's prompt help after we stained our carpet during lockdown! She was so careful and professional and understanding of all the lockdown rules and then did a great job. As it was turmeric and we had taken more than 24 hrs to call her out, she did warn us she might not get it back to how it was. It was a really good job, we know where it is, but visitors would never know. I am sure that if it had been anything else it would have been perfect.
