Leasing Agent Janvi was amazing, super helpful and patient all throughout the process, she really did care about us and worked hard to help get the apartment! Newly renovated units and extremely clean! Definitely recommend this apartment building
Prior to Hazelview Properties there were many issues because they're older buildings, but ever since they took over there has been many great upgrades. Even our Site Administrator/Angel Costa has always gone above & beyond and resolved things in a very timely manner each time. Huge thanks to Angel & her team. Keep up the great work.
As a contractor that services these properties I have had the pleasure of dealing with all staff on location. They are prompt, organized and determined to assist in anyway they can to resolve any issues tenants or myself as a contractor require within reason. It is refreshing to know the staff on site are so ON-TOP of what needs to be done and what is being done. Thank you to Angel, David, Vanessa and Ryan for all you do!!!!
My experience with the team here has been amazing. Angel C. has been a great person to help me in the day to day, and really does want to help! Despite the problems with the unit we have had (miscellaneous things like leaks and older things not working- the building is over 120 years old- to be expected), the team has been wonderful at trying to help fix the issues in a prompt, respectful, and dignified way. I do not feel stressed living here knowing that I have a great property team to take care of us. We have had experiences with other companies treating us wrong, but I've never felt appreciated by any company like I do now. Thank you.
My experience with Hazelview properties was guided by Tony Justin, he is an amazing guy, very comprehensive, friendly and helpful, he guided me and my wife through every step of our renting and moving in process. He was pacient even though we've just arrived to Canada and are not used to how things work here.
