Alex came highly recommended. My first session was amazing. Was able to answer some concerns and questions regarding current issues with my back and posture. Lovely and professional. I felt very relaxed and comfortable throughout. My back never felt better after. Already booked in for another session. Highly recommend!!

Seen Alex many times with various muscle issues. Without fail I always leave with a better understanding of why it’s happened, how to fix it and also how to prevent future issues with the actual issue being sorted as well. He really does work wonders and is extremely helpful 100% recommend
