The Zen By SB Hotels

The Zen by SB Hotels is a homestay. Don't get confused with that of a hotel. So you will not find the luxuries of a hotel room there. My experience of one day stay there was pathetic. What I saw in the picture versus what I got was completely different. I have to pay ₹700 for an upgradation of my room. For which the owner told me to give 20% discount as I have faced such difficulty.But didn't gave any discount. It's too far away from the city, deep inside the cantonment area. You have to walk around 500mts to reach the property from the road. No doubt, the view from the window is wonderful. You can see the mighty Himalayas. But for that view you can choose other hotels. The towels were dirty, even the sleepers that they provided was full of hair, the pictures of which I am uploading together. Last, my request to all the people out there, if you want to make your stay memorable please select a hotel near Subash chowk Or Gandhi chowk, as they are very near to the city, market and the locations.

Being Tour operator , We booked the Zen for Our Guests. Our Guests stay their for 2 nights . They loved the stay because of location , view from property . Service by staff was up to the mark . Rajat bhai is helpful . Highly Recommended. All the best to whole Zen team & Keep it up - Good service !!

Awesome view of hills from hotel. Hotel is budget friendly and luxurious amenities. Neat and clean rooms and washrooms. Room service is best. Quick service. Must visit this property.

We wake up with this mesmerizing view. Book deluxe room. Food is also good. Staff is cooperative. Must try is u want to stay away from the hustle of city or main roads.
