Being Tour operator , We booked the Zen for Our Guests. Our Guests stay their for 2 nights . They loved the stay because of location , view from property . Service by staff was up to the mark . Rajat bhai is helpful . Highly Recommended. All the best to whole Zen team & Keep it up - Good service !!
Awesome hotel! We took deluxe room, and it was A OK. Room and washroom was properly cleaned. Also had a very good view of hills from the room. Price is also budget friendly with all facilities available. It’s around 1km before Dalhousie, bus stand. The nearest bus stand is Dalhousie cannt (Balun dwar). And it’s around 200m from there. If you take the same type of room around Dalhousie bus stand, it will cost you double/triple. So, according to me this is the best hotel, looking at the quality of room, within affordable range.

We wake up with this mesmerizing view. Book deluxe room. Food is also good. Staff is cooperative. Must try is u want to stay away from the hustle of city or main roads.
