Excellent service I had two courses the Soup of the day and a main. Portion sizes are huge and could not finish my chips on the main. Everything was hot and to standard. I really enjoyed my time their.

Went for a family meal to celebrate a 90th birthday. The food was marvellous and the staff were very polite and friendly. A great evening was had by all. Thanks to all involved especially Sarah

10 of us from a walking group, started with a walk around the back of amazon. We'd booked our Christmas meal here. Not one complaint! Everyone enjoyed their starters, main meal, and one even had room for a pudding! Would definitely recommend. A smartly decorated (Christmas) clean, welcoming pub. Well deserved 5 🌟

Excellent food and huge portions - if we had realised the Ploughman's was enough for two, we'd have shared! The staff are friendly and helpful.
