This company was thorough and transparent in their findings and shared with me several options to eliminate the problem in my basement and yard. The plan changed at the last minute however Justin, Joshua and the crew made sure it didn’t inconvenience our family plans. Thank you for a job well done, professionalism, and the cleanliness. Finally look forward to a hard rain and will be embracing the fact I will no longer be anxious about my basement and yard!
Hands down one of the best experiences I've ever had with a company. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional. They did roof coating to seal the entire roof. We couldn't be any happier with final results. They ended up saving us a ton of money and hassle compared to reroofing our building. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for roof or water proofing repairs. They have products for just about anything from roofs to basements/crawl spaces, and outdoor drainage systems. They did my commercial building and a building at my home. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Had them out to waterproof basement with outdoor drainage. Installation crew was thorough and took time to address all my thoughts and concerns. Jonathan, Khalil and the rest of the crew were great and made me feel at ease with the whole process.
Having fully remodeling 2 homes and worked with dozens of companies and crews across metro Atlanta, Eric and the team at The Waterproof Group were beyond belief. Not only does the owner, Eric have his hand in the entire process, but his son Justin (second generation business) and team are all representatives of his belief in honesty, quality work and ensuring the homeowner is fully satisfied. We recently had our entire basement waterproofed and encapsulated. The process was quick, executed as planned and done to the high standards I expect. The prices are beyond fair and Eric has proven to be a phone call away for any trouble-shooting inquiries. I wish there were more companies like this in metro Atlanta that I could truly depend on and believe in.
