Came for a package and they had it for me quick and easy. They are very nice and polite and always tend to remember you which is nice.!

clean area and good maintenance

DONT LIVE HERE!!!! Place is nasty and never clean. They have a security guard who never checks stuff (just sits down at the basketball court the entire night never checking on peoples cars). Wi-Fi and power always goes out. The workers in the front office are not helpful and don’t care about the residents. I was almost evicted for something I didn’t do and had to get lawyers involved. Maintenance is terrible. 0/10 do not recommend. This place should be demolished.

Terrible place, if you can avoid living here I would unless this is your last option then by all means it will do. The managers are terrible I’ve had to get a police report on one of my old roommates because of certain things that I would not like to expand on but they gave me a warning instead of the roommate. They don’t inform you and keep “promises” of anything. Just terrible all around AVOID AT ALL COSTS

The workers here were very helpful and made me feel very comfortable and safe here. The utilities are great! one of the best decisions I have made! A great place to live especially since I am in my sophomore year at NMSU

The service was great! The members here were very kind and helpful with all of our questions. The apartments are very spacious and have multiple utilities included such as water and electric bills and wifi. The best option in Las Cruces tbh

I’ve been with the Verge for about 2 years now and their customer service is the greatest in the game. Gabi is always eager to greet us with a smile and accommodations. The maintenance team is also super incredible and helpful. They are responsive and receptive to feedback. The apartments are at an affordable price and perfect for a student just needing to stay in Las Cruces for their undergraduate years.
