I bought from Amazon comes in two pieces two boxes taped together and delivered by UPS , I’m not satisfied with the item and I am delayed three weeks until the get the return label , and I have only one week left for return , I go to the UPS national city the gentleman he don’t want it to return the items because two boxes is taped together , and I say .. the UPS deliver it for me like this he still don’t want to take it .. I tried , he giving me excuse he’s gonna fall part while delivering and the drivers they don’t want to take The box and I will stay in the office forever , and he suggest for me to sell me UPS box for $15 , I’m not gonna pay this much for a box and I said to the man I’m going to go to different UPS if they took my shipment I’m going to put bad review, When I went to the different UPS just happened Was driver picking up a boxes going out and I asked him is my box look good for you to deliver.. He said yes it’s fine , And the person who do the return she didn’t say nothing , And I ask her do you want me to put more tape around the two boxes for more secure , she say no it’s fine like that , The gentleman National city UPS he wasn’t rude but I think he’s following the Owner greed instruction for security excuse .

Fast service! I went in on Saturday to fax some documents and both the young men were very helpful. Larry was able to provide information on an Amazon return I was having trouble with. Very busy plaza and steady flow of customers coming in.

Larry was such a big help when I was trying to process my passport. He knew what to do. He's done it thousand's of times so I trusted him. There was an extra fee for the help, but it was totally worth it. Any fee for help, in my opinion, is always worth it because you NEVER want to risk any mistakes for anything that is permanent, ESPECIALLY government related. He knew what he was doing! Thank you Larry!

I’ve been going to this location for my various shopping needs over the years, but I don’t think I will anymore. The staff who usually helps me are very friendly despite there being a long line sometimes. This last encounter happened about a month ago and I was adamant about writing a review, but it’s still bothering me to this day. I had a return from Amazon and I brought it in a box, but I guess I didn’t need a box since no box was needed to ship. That’s okay, so the lady (brown hair, accent) told me to take out my item out of the box. It was kind of in a rude tone too, but I didn’t put too much thought into it because I know some people can just be very blunt. Once she was done processing my return I wanted to throw the box in their trash receptacle inside the store. As I was breaking down the box, the same lady who helped me saw me doing that told me to go throw away that box in the trash can OUTSIDE of the store. You know...the one that is provided by the shopping center. I just looked at her and giggled sarcastically because I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t even end up throwing that box away in the trash can outside bc the trash can was already filled and I didn’t want to litter. So I just ended up bringing it back home and recycling it myself. I do not want to go back to that store because of her.
