The UPS Store

Small business owner here that would gladly pay for a variety of services if they were actually available. Today I tried to inquire about starting a PO box/package receiving service. Sandra/Chandra? was rude as can be. "How can I NOT help you" was the typical tone of the phone call. She gave me a list of what they cannot do, instead of offering any answers, solutions or prices. When I further inquired what receiving would cost if and when available, I was placed on hold. AKA... hung up on. This store has continued to be a total fail in every possible way for years now. The line is always out of the door, simple quick customer needs like a scan, fax, or notary (all of which I could use on the fly) are always being gatekept behind unprepared customers which need their own line. Unfortunately due to the surplus of customers, no matter how bad the service is, they will continue to have enough business to not care. Edit: The response from the owner is testimony to my review. Imagine that person being in charge of typing up the shipping address and insurance declarations of your valuables! And Sandra was rude not wonderful, she couldn't have cared less about my business and rushed me off of the phone.

More then 5 Star...i do all my mailing and printing work with an amazing staff. every time I walk in to this store they are welcoming with smile, they taken care of me like family...no matter if I'm mailing a time sensitive document or returning an bunch of amazon purchases, the employees always make sure I'm well taken care of. hats off to the store owner and his wonderful staff for their patience! it is clear they are passionate about customer service and take pride in what they do.

Excellent staff, excellent Service, excellent attitude. I use them for all my shipping needs, would never try another ups location because they one feels like home. I have a close relationship with the owner and staff and they are amazing people.

This place is a GEM. Would never go to another ups store. I’d like to begin by saying, I have worked in customer service for a long time and own businesses and understand how a place should be ran.. and this place is beyond amazing. The owner handles this place like a pro, I’m a regular and he always always always makes sure all my packages are taken care of. Usually ups drivers are very rough with packages but the guy who loads my packages onto the first ups truck is extremely careful and never drops it. The entire staff here is like family and always welcome me when I arrive. They are also very good at handling tons of walk in 🙏🏽 I can keep going, but I think you get the picture..

I go here for all of my printing needs. They get the orders done in a timely manner and let's me know as soon as they are ready. The owner is really nice and friendly. The staff treats me like a valued customer.
