When in the store today have document notarized store is extremely busy one if the associate advice me to make an appointment so when I come I. I don't have wait in line for long time But if I am willing to Waite in line then they will assist me once I am at counter Thank you for the advice I'll be back tomorrow with appointment Thank you for the info and not wasting my time I need to get to the appoint by 11
the girl with glasses and ponytail I think her name was Jennifer She is awesome. She helped me with the amazone and happy return Amazone lied and said store will pack my item but at the count when I pulled up my return code it said I have to print the lable and pack my own. Item before dropping it off Once again I think her name is Jennifer she is awesome
Kim & Jen was extremely help full I hade 5 thing to ship and 4 things going back to Amazon and Kim helped me with the shipping and packing and jen helped me with Amazon return at the kisok. Kisok is a great invention for this location as busy as they are this comes in handy 😀 it's user friendly takes a bit to read the instructions but once you do it once you'll never have to wait in long line Quick & easy

I went in today to return some items to Amazon. 2 people were in front of me. There were 3 people working. The 1st lady was called to the counter and the Caucasian male employee began talking to the customer for over 10 minutes that had nothing to do with shipping. The other man went to the back. The female served about 4 customers in the time that I was there when she called me the other man was still talking to thencustomer. I complained about it to her abd she told me I was holding up the line. Horrible service, rude employees.
"The UPS store" says they're not really "UPS". $125 for an overnight letter that doesn't get delivered? Not their problem, call UPS. UPS says the store is responsible. Scam or 100% terrible customer service.....either way 1 star. USPS easier right next door.
The service here is so amazing, I have to leave a review. We went in there today to send something to a friend in Canada. We were kind of worried never having sent something to another country that it might be tricky. Tamara and Sonni made the whole process enjoyable. They were so nice and funny that we actually had a great time at the UPS Store! How often can you say that? They put our minds at ease and handled everything with perfect precision. We are fully confident that our package will make it to the destination in Canada with no issues. Thanks Tamara and Sonni!
It's 12 noon on a weekday and the store is close. Whoever is managing this location should get another job. Zero professionalism
Update after posting my comment the day before...my problems has been resolved I would like to thank Management for getting involve and helping to address this very important matter the Store was very nicely cleaned as well there was a young lady in there who works at the Receptionist desk I do not know her name she is Caucasian her hair was pulled back in a pony tail and she wears glasses with black rims she explained that she was away for 2 weeks this young lady deserves 10 stars and more she was very professional and respectful I'm glad she is back I finally got my packages which were in the back of the store the entire time. Thanks again to management and owner and the nice young lady at the front desk for their help and concerns about this very serious matter. THANKS, and God Bless Matter Resolved immediately.
