Bailey was extremely rude.. she could have greeted me!!! But instead ignored me.... waited on customers before me... then threw my receipt on the floor!! Then told me to leave 🙄 Her mood and vibe was horrible UPS DO BETTER
Terrible customer service. My son had an issue with his Nintendo Switch. Nintendo sent us the labels we needed, we went to the Henderson UPS store and paid for our parcel to be sent. It was lost in transit somewhere between Kentucky and California and they say they hold no responsibility.
Went in to return a package back to Amazon. Its been 2 weeks and has not left the store. UPS is a nightmare with customer service. Should of just thrown the item away. Pretty sure an employee stole it.
I used their printing services and they were excellent with communication, even verifying with a sample copy before printing the booklets. Thank you so much for your professional, personable and swift business.
Fairly nice UPS store, staff were friendly and quick to process shipping request. Price was very reasonable. The store was a bit of a mess, but with the holiday season I can’t blame them.
