Internet said passport photos were $11, they charged $16 and picture not high quality. Also charged 50 cents to copy documents, seemed high. !!Added: One of the photos taken would not be accepted for the passport renewal by the county clerks office because it was cut to close to the top of my sons head.
Every time I go here I have to pay extra for something! Just had to pay $12 for a box to return an Amazon item when I had the box it was sent in and all of the packaging. Not the first time, but was the only option on Amazon return.
Shana was amazing! Quickly & professionally assisted multiple customers by herself. She even helped me adjust my phone's screen brightness for better QR code scanning AND printed a shipping label for a package I overlooked (I had multiple returns). She moved at a fast pace, but remained very composed & helpful 💛
While I don't agree that the customer is always right, I do agree that these people treat others like dirt. I'm not sure why they're working or even why they wanted to be a UPS store if they don't know how to treat a customer properly and/or be able to deescalate a situation. Geeze... only time I have experienced worse customer service is through fast food restaurants. They almost act like they are doing you a favor by accepting Amazon returns. It is convenient , but they are being paid for it, so that doesn't count as a favor. Yeah... I've shipped from packages plus before. They are excellent people and have outstanding customer service!
The people seem very nice but I just looked through my receipt at how much it cost me to send my free return, I knew it was going to cost me money to get a package descended in but they sent it in a box which is like $4 as opposed to a plastic bag which is what arrived in which is like a dollar. And then I realized they included packing material because it says so in the receipt, it's a coat. It's not going to break in the mail. The long and the short of it is basically they charge you as much as they can get away with.
