This isn't the closest UPS Store to me, however coming here is worth the extra Drive. The Staff is always helpful. I don't often leave reviews, but this UPS Store definitely deserves the praise & recognition. Kim & Dio are the Best I recently had a package shipped through UPS network, I called the store to know if its ok to ship it to store or is there a fee involved and they directed me to right thing if package is not marked an “access point” when label is created then there will be a pick up fee that will need to paid in order for you to pick up your package, Unless you want to ship it to ups customer center. know the differences between ups store & ups customer center. FYI : - Ups Store in Particular usually requires you to have a mailbox registered at their location.

Great service! They printed and shipped my very tedious order when I needed a miracle. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff.
Went to get something notorized. Both clerks were notaries, still refused and said I had to make an appointment. Next appointment wasn’t until the next day. I was standing there by myself nobody in store. Still can’t do it after fighting the app about login and password l
I was going to be out of town when medical supplies were being shipped, by UPS, to me. This store is directly across from where I live so I had it shipped to them so I could pickup my medical supplies on 10/30/2023. When I went to pick them up I was charged $25 and was told they weren’t an access point. Seems odd to me, they are a UPS store. Stands to reason that you would be charged to drop off a package for pickup since they aren’t an access point. I will be shipping everything via Fed-Ex from this point forward and telling everybody I know this story.
This store used to be amazing, now with the new older woman owner the customer service experience is terrible. Having delt with her several times now I can say she's always in a bad mood, don't ask for clarity on anything she says because twice now I've just witnessed her confusing a customer, customer asks for clarification, she repeats the exact same thing word for word. We understand she knows everything to do with ups, she should, she works there, but a little customer understanding and compassion for a fellow human being can go a long way. Either switch branches or go FedEx.
Done with this store and UPS for good. Rude as hell to customers and a complete ripoff at every turn. On this particular day, the last in which I will darken their doorway, shipping is three times higher than USPS to the same destination and comes with being treated as if I'm attempting to traffick narcotics. Should you bother to waste your time with this place (and most UPS stores, for that matter) I can guarantee you will be disappointed by the experience. Never again will I spend a dime with this store or UPS in general. It is not hyperbole to state that my business has spent many thousands in shipping with UPS, both domestic and international, in the past two decades, and the franchise stores were once integral to fulfilling that demand. That ship, however, has now sailed and current shipping rates certainly do not justify the terrible quality of customer service we get to endure (free of charge, of course) at the stores. **Oh, and to the owner of this particular location, please do not waste time insulting everyone's intelligence by leaving remarks that you are 'sorry' and it will be dealt with. This former customer is already gone, so save yourself the trouble and embarrassment. **
I have been to this store several times and though never have I been impressed, it is a convenient location for me and I use UPS's services often. My last visit there I was told by someone that presented himself as the owner that Amazon would not accept my return in the original packaging and that I needed to purchase a box to return the item for about $20. I didn't want to argue and thought this a bit odd, but because there were several other people waiting, I left with package in hand. I reached out to Amazon, who said that it could be sent in it's original packaging. I was a little bit annoyed that I waited over 40 minutes in line to get misinformation, but moved on. Fast forward 2 weeks later. That return was dealt with very easily by a less convenient store but with this new knowledge in hand, I show up with a return that has been repackaged prior to arrival. When I bring it to the counter, I am told that I need to purchase their packaging because it can't be returned in the original packaging. When I told the employee at the counter that it was not the original packaging, she stated that if I didn't put it in one of their boxes it was likely to get lost in the back. The concept that where the box was purchased from having anything to do with whether or not the package gets lost is by far the dumbest thing I have heard this week. Clearly the owner is using this practice to increase revenue, but to have your employees explain to customers that they are too incompetent to manage a package with a shipping label on it defeats the entire purpose of your existence as a store.
