Great customer service! Karan at this location was very helpful. I had very important printing job to be completed for my job.

terrible store . device i shipped was received completely broken. when i put in a claim i was told i was approved and everything was take care of and they would call when check arrived. they never called so i persistently came in to ask for update. the manager refused to speak to me and when i called corporate they revealed that they never actually went through with my claim and now it was too late to do anything about it

I recently visited the UPS Store and was extremely impressed with the service I received from Karan. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me with my shipping needs. They provided me with various options for shipping and even helped me package my items securely.The store itself was clean, organized, and well-stocked with all the shipping supplies I needed. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable and competitive with other shipping options I've used in the past.

The staff are absolutely outstanding and effective. This store deals with an enormous amount of online returns for the entire neighborhood, and the line can sometimes be long because of that, but the staff keep things moving efficiently and are always polite, despite the rude people who often yell at them for things that aren’t their fault. Honestly kudos to them, they’re always helpful and patient. I really hope they’re paid well for doing such an excellent job despite everything they have to deal with.

I used this location for returning Amazon package. They get busy after 6 pm people shipping and returning boxes. Staff was nice and attentive. I had no issues nor any bad attitudes. Overall, easy in - easy out. What else I can ask. Thank you guys for being there and serving us .

I have been using this location many years. Most of time I got the service that I was looking for. Most of time people working there quite helpful. Only one time, there were one girl staff worked there who was there when I visit to just drop off the package. She had mad nasty attitude towards customer no reason. Besides that one time, all seems okay as small drop off location in the hood
