I have had nothing but positive experiences with the Wakefield UPS store! Just this week this location did a exceptional job designing and creating a yard sign for my daughter's graduation. A special thank you to Caitlin who was a delight to work with!
I came into the UPS store in Wakefield Commons to take care a few tasks I needed help with and I was assisted by Jordana who was very kind, professional and understanding when needing to explain to me what was needed in order to take care of my sending a package overseas. She was very polite and had a great humor and smiled the whole way through, which made my visit a great experience. In the world today, thorough customer service with kindness and professionalism is lacking. I will be coming back to this location because of the professionalism and awesome customer service that Jordana provided that day!
This has been my go to UPS store for many years. I wanted to take a minute to leave a Google review because one particular employee goes above and beyond and is very attentive each time I arrive. Jordana always has her head up, looking for the next customer and way she can most effectively process their request(s). She is always very positive and leaves a customer feeling well taken care of. Thank you Jordana.
I use these guys for Amazon returns and the occasional shipping of large items like guitars. They have always been very helpful and efficient. I suggest 2 things to save on shipping: 1. Have them measure your box at least twice as when they're in a hurry, they tend to measure on the high side. Typically a second measure winds up with smaller dimensions and thus ships cheaper. 2. If you sell a heavy or large item on eBay, buy their prepaid labels for UPS as the discount is huge vs buying shipping at UPS store. Recommended store.
I’ve been in here twice now and the first time visiting the store was a nice experience the staff was friendly and helpful.. however when my mom and I visited the store today it was a totally terrible/ horrible experience… upon walking into the store the employee did not greet us we didn’t receive a HELLO.. do you need help.. can I help you with anything.. it was absolutely no friendly communication! I had to ask and pretty much beg for help… after asking the employee for help with making photo copies.. the employee looked at me an rolled his eyes 👀 then he proceeded to walk off to the back of the store.. absolutely rude, unprofessional and disrespectful! I literally had to ask the female employee.. is he going to help me with my photo copies? after waiting and waiting I literally was about to leave the store until the employee finally returned from the back of the store to help another customer arriving an coming into the store 😩 when the male employee which I don’t know his name seen me still standing by the photo copy machine he asked me.. are you good? WOW UNBELIEVABLE.. I told him I’m still waiting for help and I still need my photo copies! the employee finally made the photo copies for me however this was the WORST customer service I have ever received! If you’re having a bad day please don’t take it out on your customers! Have a great day 😒🥺😤
