I would like to thank the staff at the Bonnyville store for their professional help.

I asked for help finding a battery for my key fob after having done this several times in passed with no problems. The man working replied very rudely that he wouldn’t help (I understand that it is beyond his job description to physically help change the battery). When I asked again to simply help me find the correct battery his response was “not a chance”. After several years of supporting this business, I will not be going back.

Everyone gives you their 110% deals with great phones and service is amazing most understanding group of people iv met, Chelsea stayed with me for a couple hours after just to help me try and figure my stuff out. No one has ever given me the type of treatment iv been given when I was feeling lost and Chelsea Owen Kathrin Riley Eric Jay and Tyson are wonderful. Keep this team running they are amazing

Owen helped me figure out some billing challenges with my daughter’s phone and was able to remove half of the charges. He was also able to help with texting issues all with a smile. Excellent customer service! He was able to understand and address all my concerns!
