The Sign Store NM

This shop quoted our small sign and did not tell us installation was NOT included. I've purchased signs before and always had installation included. The installation was almost as much as the sign even though it was a small job. I called to complain; owner Al Padilla was rude and unsympathetic. He argued with me and wouldn't give a discount which is what I thought would be fair in this case. Horrible customer service - I would never treat a customer like that and would always make it win-win. He told me he'd rather refund my sign cost and have me go elsewhere and use my sign as a demo in his store than budge on the $199 installation fee. To be clear, we're talking about handing a 3ft by 18" sign on a wall with 4 pegs. I would not recommend this store. We had great service from Zeon signs and Signart - we'll go back there.

I had door signage installed and the Sign Store did an amazing job! I worked with Joaquin and he was attentive and easy to work with. He made the process simple and quick. I have worked with several sign companies in the past, the Sign Store is by far the best! I highly recommend them.

I went in today to purchase real estate sign riders after finding out that my "go-to" sign vendor went out of business. I was greeted by Gary Padilla and he offered to help me find what I needed. I expected Gary to be a pushy salesman but he was very pleasant! He informed me of other products and services The Sign Store NM offered without cornering me into a sale. Gary and The Sign Store NM have earned a customer for life! I will definitely be visiting again.
