Very comfortable stay! The rooms were excellent, offering a beautiful river view. Everything was clean, the service was good, and the food was good. One standout thing is that they have one of the best internet connections in Naran.
The hotel’s location is simply amazing — surrounded by stunning mountain and river views. I thoroughly enjoyed every moment of my stay. The hospitality and ambiance were excellent. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Keep up the great work!
Worth staying at Hotel. View was amazing, food was amazing , room was excellent and clean. Good ambiance. I really enjoyed very much. Services were also excellent. Staff was very cooporative. Only one thing i missed, there kitchen closed at 11pm.
I stayed at The Sarai in Naran with my family about two weeks ago for a vacation, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The hotel building is impressive, surrounded by beautiful views of a lake, glaciers, mountains, and greenery, making it an ideal spot for families. The restaurant offered delicious food and a great ambiance. However, considering the hotel’s reputation, I felt that the rooms could use some modern upgrades. While the rooms are comfortable, they feel a bit outdated compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. For instance, integrating smart technology like remote-controlled curtains would enhance the overall experience and bring a touch of luxury. This small improvement would definitely add value and align the rooms with the otherwise fantastic standards of the hotel. Overall, it’s a great place to stay, and I even had the chance to meet some celebrities during my visit.
Absolutely amazing hotel and service! We just finished a 2 week tour of Northern Pakistan with a large family of over 25 people needing several rooms. This was, by unanimous opinion of the entire group, the best hotel we stayed at during our tour. The rooms are very comfortable and modern. And the scenery around the hotel is amazing. The service was top notch as well. Would highly recommend this hotel to everybody!
