There is so much wrong with this place. Just to start with :they're online services are always down when trying to pay rent :I've had the maintenance men come to my apt 5 times to fix my ac (ended fixing it myself) : the washer stopped working and only the dryer worked :the toilet doesn't refill. You have to do it manually :the dryer caught fire, luckily I checked and had to use the fire extinguisher to put it out. :They said they would not replace a washer and dryer, just give us a discount on rent. (Which they haven't and we've been without since November. The only good thing about this place is the pool and the cheap rent for the area

The Place at Greenway is at a prime location and is affordable. It is across from Costco supermarket a 2 great shopping centers for all my needs. Near the central market and highland village as well as the Galleria and Greenway plaza . I walk to the movie theatre. The manager is very friendly and a super nice lady who takes care of the apartments. Anytime I need repairs they fix them. The apartment is nice inside with all the things that we need. It is a quiet place. The pool is very nice and we spend time there with friendly neighbors barbecuing and swimming. I like Place at Greenway.

I can’t believe I found this place, is an amazing place to live in. Extra well located, many groceries store at a walking distant! Super close to the galleria. Management is super friendly and helpful, maintenance team are friendly and always there to help you out. I live in a two bed and two bath apt and the price is rlly good too! If you have the opportunity to move here I highly recommend it

I couldn’t believe these apartments when i saw them. They were perfect for what I was looking for. They had all the services and amenities I wanted in a property for me and my girlfriend. We love the staff and they are so welcoming. They showed us around the whole property and the apartments and treated us kindly. These apartments are also in a great neighborhood that allows for great versatility of community. If anyone is looking for a perfect apartment for themselves or their family, I definitely recommend The Place at Greenway.

This place used to be an ideal place to live, located inside the loop and close to shops, restaurants, movie theathers and close to main highways. But owners have left the community to run down, under staffed, dirty and starting to feel unsafe. Pool have been closed for months, exercise rooms that have no equipment as tenants stole the weights during the pandemic. Parking lot gates that are an open invitation for thugs to enter the community without been noticed. Tenants leaving garbage outside the common areas, inviting pest and creating an unhealthy and dirty enviroment. Work and maintenance orders that are uncompleted by the maintenace staff. Management that are unresponsive to the complains of tenants living in the apartment complex. Are you sure that you want to live here? Update 06/08/22 Management has installed security camaras in every single gate of the apartment complex, hired a company that will pick up garbage 5 days a week. Pool is finally getting ready to open for the hot days of summer in Houston. Improvements have been happening and Shama the manager is doing a tremendous job keeping up with the challenges that the complex brings on a daily basis. The Place at Greenway could be the perfect place to live with lots of potential. Update 07/04/22 Happy 4th of July! It's a hot day in Houston and we have no funtioning pool! Although the complex has made many great improvements.The pool needs a lot of work, it gives the illusion of a swamp, highlighted by its green algea color. At first approach looks like a Chernobyl toxic nuclear waste dump. It is time to call the health department. Houston we have a working pool and seems like the management has been making huge strides to keep that way. Congratulations to the entire team under the guidance of their manager. Shama, the property manager always addresses you with kindness and respect. She is always ready to address the needs of the tenants living in the property. Thank you!
