The Park Hotel Ballarat

Ignored and others who approached bar minutes after me served before me while holding my baby. When I said I had been waiting ages the staff member thanked me for my patience but then muttered how busy you were under your breath (I get that but that doesn’t mean you serve others first and the muttering undermines any apology). Meals took way too long to come out. Gave my toddler daughter her frog in the snow first?? Then mac and cheese 15 mins later (total waste of money when she filled up on ice cream). Overall just really disappointing & not a great night out which sucks as it was our first night out to dinner after recently having a baby.

Tea was good, experience was mint. Rhys the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and the floor was happy with the sports on display. Nothing to say other than 10/10 with a sportsbar or family dinner experience. :)

Dined here for the first time last week and already back again tonight! Great food, 10/10 service with friendly staff, very clean and cosy venue, easy access/parking. With an indoor playground for the kids and tab for the older kids, everyone is happy. Cannot wait to come back. PS Order the Chicken Avodaise #yourewelcome

Family lunch eight adults and eight grandchildren, service was excellent, menue had something special for everyone, food quality was fantastic, inside and outdoor play areas for grandchildren. It was a great day my family enjoyed the Park Bistro immensely. My score out of 10, 12 plus.

Great pub. The food was nice. I had the salmon and it was cooked perfectly. The staff were friendly & nice.

Food was delicious, I had the pork belly special, service was good, restaurant feels a bit like a food hall, but was clean and we enjoyed it
