Jake has helped me through a number of injuries over the last few years, getting me pain free and moving better, allowing me to continue doing the things I love. He is incredibly knowledgeable, and does a great job at communicating a treatment plan that’s easy to understand and carry out. His personable and supportive approach also really makes a difference when you’re struggling and in pain! I highly recommend to anyone.

contacted this practice after having a trapped nerve in my shoulder. I was able to be booked in quicker than anywhere else and matt was great. Talked through the cause and prevention and my trapped nerve was better after just one visit. Matt is friendly, holistic and trustworthy. would 100% recommend to everyone

Matt is amazing and I can’t recommend him highly enough. His clinical instinct is absolutely spot on, he is really knowledgeable. He has taken me from being in a lot of pain, diagnosed my fracture correctly, was so kind and supportive and helped rehab me back to full strength. He really understands the needs of people who do a lot of sport / gym and takes a practical approach rather than just saying rest and do nothing!

I can't speak highly enough of both Matt & Jake. After falling on my knee & then a month later on my back I was in constant pain. Matt saw me quickly & put me at ease straight away. Jake then continued my treatment & it was great getting to know him whilst he worked his magic on my back. I no longer need treatment but have the exercises he provided to continue my recovery & the reassurance that if needed they are only a phone call away.

After three years of ongoing pain with a proximal hamstring tendinopthy that wasn’t getting better, even with previous attempts at physio, I was so pleased to find Matt and encouraged by his optimism that he could help. Having a very physical job, I really needed to be fit. A gradual rehabilitation at first, with very easy and low load exercises, acupuncture and massaging, building up to adding significant load and a return to competitive team sport followed 6/7 months later. Although I did have one or two setbacks along the way, Matt was very supportive and confident that his approach would work, I trusted him to get me there in the end. I do still have the odd pain in the bum and have to do the exercises, but I know that they work and have a way of managing the condition now. It was totally worth the acupuncture and deep sports massage pain!
