The Naturally Raw Pet Store

I drive 2+ hours every month down to Brisbane to buy bulk for my 4 dogs. The guys are super helpful, always help me load up the esky’s and lift them into the car, I never have to ask for help. On one occasion, due to poor traffic I was running late and was expecting to arrive just as they were due to close. I called to let them know, they very kindly stayed until I got there and could collect my order. Excellent service and a great product, my 4 dogs are super healthy.

The food is amazing and my dog absolutely loves it. However, every single time I have been in store the girls at the counter there mumble their way around and can barely hear them. Have not once recieved a "hi" or "thanks or goodbye" it's honestly a joke how some of these staff continue to have jobs here. It's a shame that such amazing products are represented with abysmal customer service. I have spoken to two gentleman however, who have been absolutely helpful and positive on two occasions. One of the first times I came in here, I became a regular customer and the girl at the register didn't listen to me, had to spell my name 5 times for her to have only written the first two letters and just hand the tablet to me to do myself. Also, My wife came here the first time and was seeking a bit of guidance of quantity for our new pup and was told to look at the black board behind her very bluntly. If management from the store here see this, please look into the terrible customer service that plagues this business.

Used naturally raw a few time and the pet food was good. But the staff on the other had are completely useless, I put an order in to be picked up a few days before the pick up date. I was told they would message me when it was ready and no message, so I called and was told that the order was ready drove 40 minutes for the girl that took my order on the phone and told the order was ready on the phone that only half the order was ready when I arrived and then proceeded to tell me she doesn’t know when my order will be ready. ( this staff member was rude, rolling her eyes and had no idea on how to communicate) Naturally raw you might want to up skill you’re staff on customer service or hire staff that actually do a very simple job.

After ordering online multiple times, without any issues. We ventured the hour drive each way today which was well worth our time! We were greeted by lovely people, offered specific advice for possible changes/additives to a sensitive diet. As we attended at the end of the day whilst they were doing end of day cleaning I can say they keep their prep to human grade standards. Complete confidence in never wanting to shop elsewhere!
