Allysa helped me purchase my first home in 2020 and helped me sell it in 2023. On both sides of the sale, she always offers direct communication, has a quick response time, and goes above and beyond to be helpful and accommodating. She’s very good at what she does and has a strong understanding of this unique area. Absolutely would work with her again and again. Highly recommend!
Working with Jason and the Matt Myatt Keller Williams team was an amazing experience. We had been looking for a few years and we were very focused on exactly what we wanted in a property, but initially we were unsure of the different areas in the OBX. Jason met with us both virtually as well as carving out time when we were on vacation last year to show us properties in different areas and give us insights into each area. Having lived in the OBX his whole life, it was great to have someone with that in depth knowledge of each area. He was extremely patient and accommodating with both the search as well as the entire experience in getting to closing (inspections, loans, appraisals and insurance). I would highly recommend Jason to anyone looking for homes in the OBX.
Matt is my far the best agent I have ever worked with! I am normally a difficult person to impress but Matt and his team far exceeded my expectations. His knowledge of the area and his negotiating skills are second to none.
