I was there yesterday (Nov. 29th) and the clerks were incredibly patient, friendly, and helpful when explaining phone plans. They evidently had my best interest in mind, and even stayed after closing hours to cap off the contract I was signing. I highly recommend this location.

I have NEVER felt like my patronage was more appreciated, than when I have done business with this Mobile Shop. The team here goes out of their way to ensure that you get the absolute best deal available on your handset and cell phone plan, and all the while being 100% transparent. They ensure you have all the information you need at your disposal, to make an educated decision on which provider best suits your needs and budget. I felt absolutely zero pressure to make a decision on the spot, even offering to have me back whenever it suited me, to give me time to think about handsets/plans/accessories prior to signing any contracts. I ended up walking out the door with a brand new handset, and 10 times the amount of data, for exactly what I was paying when I walked into the store. I can't give enough stars and recommend that if you need a new phone, that you at least let these folks try to help you. I will never shop for another phone elsewhere again.

Balveen and Jake went above and beyond for me today. They were good humored and were a pleasure to chat with while we waited on my carrier to deal with a complication. Stayed post closing hours just to get my black friday deal submitted and were able to explain not only why Costco was unable to get me the deal but also managed to get a similar plan that met my needs! UPDATE! Went in today to get my plan ported and the carrier started some shenanigans and weren't holding to their side of the deal. Molly, set them straight and I ended up with a better deal than the original one I'd sought. Clearly a great team all around.

Amazing customer service! Balveen went above and beyond, calling several levels of customer service for my phone provider for me to help set up a stubborn SIM that simply wasn't working without any explanation, but he took care of it all! I had to go twice and he remembered me the second time which made it easier to pick up the problem and get straight into figuring it out. Appreciated this help beyond words!
