This community is absolutely gorgeous. The location is super commuter friendly, the apartments are nicely upgraded and the leasing staff are hands down the best part of the entire property. Makayla and Fatima’s customer service skills are out of this world. They made me feel welcome and knew exactly how to sell the apartment. I would have loved to become a resident here at the mark but unfortunately do not qualify. I will most definitely be recommending this property to my friends and family members! 10/10 would recommend!

So far me and my roommate have had a very pleasant experience with the Mark at Brickyard. The staff are extremely amiable people very professional and optimistic (Brittany and Samantha) the tour of the place was perfect, we had no problem with move the in date. Maintenance were very diligent in servicing our washing machine and answering all our maintenance questions. Me and my roommate are very happy with the decision we made choosing The Mark at brickyard to be our home . Looking forward for the holidays! Communication was seamless. Ashley Muhammad responded promptly to my emails and calls, ensuring I had all the information I needed. The leasing process was efficient and well-organized, thanks to Ashley Muhammad expertise. They made sure all paperwork was in order, making move-in day a breeze. Ashley Muhammad went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly commendable. I do hope at some point the carpets in the hallways and gym get replaced with tiles to reduce stains and odors.

First let me start off by saying I’ve lived in a few communities before but I’ve never gotten service like at the Brickyard. From the tour to actually moving in and calling this place a home. Smooth application process, my home is beautiful and the ladies at the leasing office are so amazing! Professional staff, great customer service, always putting residents first. Thank you ladies!
