Amazing place to live. The staff is great and especially Yvette if you need anything done. She will make sure it gets done in a timely manner.

DO NOT RENT HERE !!! This management it’s unprofessional. We were going to rent here and we decided to do a tour of a 2-bedroom apartment or a 3-bedroom apartment.we arrived at the appointment for the tour we wasted a long time waiting. Dulce is not good at all because after we waited she said that the apartments that we are going to tour are taken.and she and her crew didn’t have a chance to say to us that those apartments are taken, They should be more organized telling them residents everything or what’s going on in there. And advise if those properties are taken or not and tell if they can do or confirm to do the tour or not.

It looks nice and the macitence man is extremely nice. The only problem I have is with the pools one is only open basically at night and the other was closed all last summer, they also don't keep they're pools open 24/7 like other places. If I had anything bad to say about this complex it would be the pools and how you can't swim in them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Maintenance doesn’t solve problems they only put band aids on things. They don’t accommodate to their shortcomings or even try to work with you in regards to a prorated rent. My apartment leaks in the living room EVERYTIME it rains and all they did was calk my wall they did not solve the root of the problem that makes the water come in. I’ve been dealing with this and have brought it to their attention for months. I’ve had termites in my unit due to water buildup in the roof and I’m sure all the wood above me is rotted and molded. Price is reflective of their service so if you think you found some cheap nice apartments. YOU DIDNT. KEEP LOOKING.

All I gotta say is if u have the chance for better do it! I have a roach infestation so bad and I clean 24/7 my apartment wasent even fully finished the day I moved in there was and still is paint so over the floor I could see dead roaches behind and on the sides of the fridge parts in the closet walls were missing the light in the closet fell out of the ceiling the 2nd bedroom fan broke as soon as I turned it on for the first time the front door handle is starting to break and let’s not talk about the upstairs people it sounds like a bowling alley but don’t try to complain cause it doesn’t matter they won’t say anything especially if it’s the maintenance guy loud music late at night running through the house at 3 in the morning sometimes I think it’s on purpose cause the stomping is so hard! There’s so much more stuff I could say just email me and I’ll tell u my experience if I could give 0 stars I would just don’t do it btw not to mention when they try to get u to renew ur lease the go up 100 and 100 of dollars it’s not worth it for what u get! Just pass by and don’t do it!

Saturday 09/17/2022 I had a scheduled tour for 1:00 p.m. I was greeted soon as I walked in. “MINERVA “ was very professional. She gave me all the pricing for the 1/1 which is what I was looking for. She took me for a tour of the Model and in fact it was a 1/1. For 700 sq ft the layout made it look very spacious. I wish the bathroom was a little bigger, but that’s no big deal. I have been searching for a apartment for over a month now. I was accepted at another property that had all kinds of bell and whistles, but they only showed me the small 1/1 which was 551 sq ft. And said 756 sq ft looked exactly the same. And I loved it. I decided to go back to see the actual 756 sq ft apartment that I wanted and it was priced 1339$ and I almost took it. I’m so glad I went back to see the actual size unit I needed. I was not impressed at all. The Apartments were completely different. I was about to give up my search and sign another lease where I live now. I decided to go ahead to my scheduled tour here at “ LINC” the 700 sq ft is so big compared to the other I almost leased at another complex. I love the price “ It’s totally in my budget without having to stretch it , and the apartment and way the layout is . I would think it would be higher rent. I also like the location of Complex how it’s right off 1960/ Cypress Creek Parkway. Thank you “MINERVA” for your assistance!
