The Learning Experience - Mt. Laurel

This is the first child of mine that is in daycare, I was so nervous about someone else being responsible for my baby when I was at work. Every single person at TLE Mt Laurel is amazing. My daughter is always so excited when we pull up! Extra big shout out to Miss Gianna- she always makes my daughter feel loved and safe. She is also GREAT at communicating with me and my husband about our daughter. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who will listen. They made it such an easy process getting used to having a child in daycare.

If I had to choose, it would more be a 2.5 star daycare. Let me start with the positives before I go into any of my gripes. The location is great, the building it self offers a lot of space and all rooms are clean each day. They have a lovely outside facility. The assistant manager who usually sits at the front is very welcoming each day. The few teachers I did have interaction with Ms. Amanda; are extremely present and kind. This daycare is totally understaffed. My daughter was there for 5 months or so; I never met her teacher. When asked; they told me her teacher was there from 9-3. If I ever dropped my kid off at 9 I never met her, if I picked her up at 3 she would be in her correct room but the teacher wouldn't be there. I do not think that this is on the teachers but during the enrollment we should be given proper introductions but the staff turnover is so quick you wouldn't know who is who. Everyday I would drop my daughter off in the incorrect room which was often filled with 15-20 kids to if you are lucky two staff members. Just a few weeks ago, I went in to a room with 10 kids and the teacher left to get something so I just stayed with the kids until she returned. I know they are trying their best but there needs to be a higher amount of staff. Billing- you need to be consistent. We switched originally from 5 days to 3 days; we sent everything through the proper channels-we were over charged and refunded. When we were leaving, at the end of May we gave them proper time over a month and sure enough June 1 hits and we were charged. I'd say just be careful in bringing your kid in and ask for a tour but don't be sold on the bill of goods they are offering.

The Learning Experience is such a amazing daycare! The staff are all so friendly and warm and the center is always so clean! My son is in the infant A room with Ms. Maha and Ms. Soundara and I never have to worry while he is there. They love him like their own. The learning experience communicates with me through out my work day through their app which I love!

This childcare center has been wonderful for my son who has been attending for over two years. The teachers are so dedicated and loving, and there is very low turnover. My two year old is able to count, recognize letters and understand their sounds and is making great strides with potty training. The hours are great and the convenience of the included food makes getting out of the house in the morning easier. Its a wonderful school all around.

Our son has been at the Learning Experience since he was 12 weeks old and we love it here! We toured a few different daycares in the area while pregnant but liked the warmth of the teachers and the facility here the best. We know he is great hands and his teachers have been wonderful with him. Even though he has changed classrooms as he has gotten older he still waves to his previous teachers Ms. Nikki, Ms. Diana and Ms. Francesca as he walks to his new class. We are expecting again and are excited about our newest addition joining the Learning Experience in the near future. For other parents looking into daycare for your children, I would recommend the learning experience for a few reasons: the teachers love the kids, the kids learn so much so quickly, the cost is reasonable, and lunch is included with tuition (for working parents this is huge!!).
