We have used Gwen and her team to buy and sell four homes. They are very thorough but most of all just great people that care about your wants and needs. If you need a good realtor anywhere throughout the I380 Corridor give them a call.

Heather Hershberger at Skogman Realty is wonderful! From the time my husband & I first contacted her, months before finding the house we purchased, Heather was immediately responsive to any and all questions and requests, and actively listened & pointed us toward properties she thought fit our vision. Once we finally homed in on a property to purchase, Heather's guidance was infallible and she was there for us every step of the way, day & night! I have to say too that Heather is exceedingly generous with her time, never pressuring, just supportive. If & when I should be involved in future property searches or if planning to sell, the first person I'll contact will be Heather.
We were very pleased with Allison and the entire Johnson team. We had a unique condo sale situation since the condo is located in Iowa City and we lived out of state. Allison made things simple and all we had to do was ensure that she received the keys from our prior tenant. After that, it was all smooth and light speed fast. In one day Allison reviewed the condo, estimated the optimum selling price and put together the selling specs, pics and walkthrough video. In 2 days the condo was in pending status and she helped us through the offers and contingencies. Thank you Allison and the entire Johnson team for such professional work. We met Heather at an open house she was hosting. From that time on she was so helpful and she found us the perfect home that was in the process of being built. Heather went above and beyond helping us. No matter the time of day she always responded to our calls or text. Went couldn't of asked for a better realtor. The Johnson Team is AMAZING.
