The new management company is absolutely incredible. They take such great care of the residents and the community. They’re making so many positive changes and improvements to the older units and the entire community as a whole. Maintenance is super fast and they actually fix your things not bandaid it. This is by far the best management company to manage this property. So much happier living here now. Thank you all and a special extra thank you to Brandon. He’s the best.

Do not rent here. 0 stars if possible.The new staff is even worse. They do not return calls and are always forgetting to tell maintenance about issues. Once maintenance does know about the issue It takes forever to get it fixed as they try to go the cheapest person possible and it breaks again right away. Yes the price is super cheap but it’s not worth all the issues that you have to deal with. I can see why everyone keeps getting fired as they can’t seem to do a simple job.

If i could give this place half of star i wouldn’t. DO NOT MOVE HERE‼️ Some of the office staff do really try their hardest but between the A/C not working having no hot water and the Rodent issue [RATS] its not worth the money they are trying to charge and remember All UNITS DO NOT COME WITH WASH/DRYER OR CONNECTIONS for that matter. This has been the worst year of my life. I would highly advise against moving here.

My bathroom has been flooded for two days. I have called over 30 times with no answer. I have submitted 2 maintenance requests and they're not even acknowledged. This will mold if it hasn't already. I have a baby and a 9-year-old that cannot be exposed. What could have been an easy fix will now be costly repairs due to the negligence! STEER CLEAR OF THESE APARTMENTS. They are sub-par at best.

Worst….gates Always Left Open Car Was Towed…Trash Cans Have Huge Rats Running Around Especially At Night…Roaches Everywhere Outside & Inside…Maintenance Only Paints…So Much Mold In Shower My Wife Has So Much Sinus Problems Walking Into The Home…Denied Rental Assistance When The Grove Took Over….Break Into Home When They Think You Arn’t There…My Sibiling Got Jumped in The Apartments While Trying To Come Home…Peppermill Was Nice Until The Grove Took over HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…They Don’t Care if You Are A Tenant They Just Want Money and Don’t Care About Living Standards At All. Everything is Rotting And Falling Apart. They just want People To Move In To Sell Again.
