Tori was very helpful getting my sandals fitted properly !!
Arianna Gonzalez assisted us on Thursday 15 December. Not only was Arianna courteous and professional in appearance, her knowledge of how spine alignment affects knees, ankles, feet and that alignment correction begins in the feet! I am 72 and my partner is 65 and we both feel like Arianna “took us into an interactive classroom” and we learned! She is wise beyond her years and impeccably represents The Good Feet products.
AJ and the other team members made my experience very enjoyable. AJ was very knowledgeable about the product. I felt very comfortable with the process and felt that I truly made an investment in my health. I am very active and was even encouraged to step outside and take the orthotics for a test run! I am optimistic that my foot pain will diminish!
Very good customer service
Arianna she was very pleasant courteous and very thorough and very patient with explaining step by step how the plan worked and what I needed to do to help myself I would recommend her to my friends and family have a good one
Time and patients- loved the attention we got!!!
The associate that helped us was very knowledgeable and patient. She was a pleasure to work with.
I walked in not knowing what to expect. What I got was a smiling face and a great personality from Tori. She was awesome. She was very knowledgable. Knowing I won't have to buy special shoe types and buy insoles anymore is worth the price. Thank you Tori.
I went looking for relief with leg pain and got no relief plus back pain!! $1350 for lowest option and if it doesn't work you only get store credit!! Concept is off as well; they realign your feet to be the ideal foot but you can never remove braces or it will cause pain...
Sales staff was knowledgeable. I had Tamara Harp as my sales expert. She explained the features and benefits of the arch supports. I purchase kind of the middle of the road plan. It was more expensive than I thought but to have good feet and posture what kind of price do you put on that. I am hoping in the next couple weeks after getting used to the arch supports I will have less pain in my feet and back. As a diabetic it is very important to keep your feet happy and pain-free. Thank you Tamara
I was having foot pain and decided upon a two-pronged approach. I went to the Good Feet Store first and then saw a podiatrist. I explained my problem to the salesperson at the Good Feet Store hoping to get a "here's your problem, and this should help" response, but all I got was "we don't know what the problem is, but try this insert". I was shocked at the cost, and I reluctantly settled on one set of inserts because I was so desperate to stop the pain. Initially, the insert seemed to help, but I'll admit that it was probably the placebo effect because the pain returned a short time later. Fast forward a short time later when I saw the podiatrist. He traced the problem to a skeletal defect in my foot that was being inflamed by poorly constructed athletic shoes. He provided inserts and a recommendation on a better shoe for my issue. Needless to say that his inserts were night and day different - the pain went away and stayed away. I returned to the Good Feet Store to exercise their refund policy, and they said they had to "refit" me before they could do so. I told them that I had a skeletal defect and that the "refit" wouldn't do any good, but "that's the policy". I returned the inserts the next day and got 75% of my money back - that's all you'll ever receive according to their policy - so you'll still be out a good chunk of change. I would caution ANYONE with regards to the Good Feet Store. Here's what I learned: 1) The people at the Good Feet Store are not medical professionals. They certainly are friendly and I'm sure they do help people (hence the second star in my review), but they should also admit when they are over their head and should not coerce you into forking out what I consider to be an unreasonable amount of money (hundreds if not thousands of dollars). 2) Their return/refund policy is a little sneaky and you should be aware of it going into the place. 3) I have had several medical professionals (doctors, PTs, etc.) tell me that the Good Feet Store should not be in business, and they have heard horror stories from many of their patients. Again, see #1 - I'm sure they've helped people, but their "fix" cannot be globally applied to all situations. 4) From their commercials, it bothers me that they advertise to children. Selling their "insert system" to kids is borderline unethical. How can they properly diagnose pain in children and how can they know the effects their inserts may have on their development/health later in life? Scary.
All the staff was friendly and polite! Andrea took her time with my mother and I and made sure we understood the process. I have issues with my left arch so figured it was worth the shot. The system is quite pricey but if it works and gets rid of my issues then it will be worth it. I am on day 2 and so far so good.
