The Gates of Allen Station Apartments

I've lived here for 9 years and plan on staying for a long time. They are quick to fix maintenance issues. Mostly friendly staff. Only one period of time (about 3 months) where I had a neighbor who occasionally had loud arguments with their partner, but problem was addressed and ultimately they were evicted. The rest of my time here has been very quiet. The layout of the one bedroom is perfect and well designed. I have a lot of windows and light. I rent a parking space, which I recommend, because otherwise parking can be a challenge if you come home late. Front gate adds a layer of security that I like. There have been problems with the gate, but since they did a major overhaul about a year ago, it has been working well. Located right next to a park with lots of walking paths. They do a great job building a sense of community with various activities. Grounds and pool area are kept nice. Overall, I am comfortable here and love the rent prices.

I have lived here for 10 years it has been great! I just moved to a bigger apartment the transition was very smooth. A special thank you to Starlinda, Heaven, Britney, and Cesar.

This is the best apartment complex I have ever lived in! The apartments are spacious, clean and very well maintained. The office staff goes out of their way to make sure your taken care of and quickly respond. The grounds are clean, and the office staff is always sending updates about events or news. The Maintenace staff is AMAZING!! Super-fast response times, usually same day fixes. They also have pest control come out regularly, so no issues there. Also, this complex holds tenants accountable for noise control after hours...big plus! Overall, I can see why this complex is extremely desirable. Fair priced, which is really nice since every other complex is charging double. Conveniently located with close reach to basically all things food, shopping and major highways. I personally would not move if my husband and I didn't have to relocate due to job circumstances.

The Gates of Allen Station is by far the best apartment complex my wife and I have ever lived at. The staff is friendly and helpful. All of our maintenance calls are taken care of quickly and hassle-free. Also, we love our apartment and the view it comes with. We have been happy residents for 5 years now. 👍 👍

Looks nice on the surface, but very poorly run. Leasing agents are not well-trained. Gate has been broken for some time
