The Functional Effect

The functional effect has completely changed my life. This place is so much more than a gym, it’s a community of driven, supportive, motivated and like minded individuals who all share a goal of aiming to better themselves. Mon, Jem and jords (the coaches) are the elite in the field, they are so knowledgeable and provide accurate and extensive tips to help people perform at the highest level. Couldn’t recommend this gym enough, do yourself a favour and try it! You WONT regret it.

Since joining TFE, I will never go back to just training at a regular gym. The coaching is next level and has unlocked a confidence that I never knew I had. I have never felt better physically and also mentally as it is the most supportive environment with the most amazing people encouraging you every step of the way. Best decision I ever made.
