Great staff! Very understanding and able to schedule appointments for higher end pieces appraised.

This rating is due to the shop having no inventory. From a very scamp assortment of coins to no coin collecting supplies, I left sorely disappointed. Before I visited I called and was told they had a large selection of silver to select from. Where? Showcases were totally empty. Due to security reasons I did not expect them to be jammed packed but show me something?! When I inquired about the lack of selection I was told since Covid the shop caters to wholesale dealers. If that is your business model, so be it but your website should state this and when answering telephone inquiries, do not lie and state you have a large assortment of anything unless you do.

My wife and I went in yesterday to sell some jewelry and coins that I have collected for over 60 years. We primarily worked with Amber with the help of a couple of her coworkers. Everyone was super nice, knowledgeable in their area of expertise and helpful. The time was taken to thoroughly explain each item and its value in detail. There was no pressure in any way, you could accept the offer or not as you so chose. We came home with a nice check, we would certainly do business with them again. Amber even suggested a very nice place to have lunch across the street which we did and it was excellent. Thank you for a very positive and fun experience.

Very upscale place. It was my first time selling anything like this and Amber explained everything and answered of all my questions. It was a little bit of a drive to get out there, but completely worth the few extra miles. Very good experience.
