The Exercise Coach - Fort Lauderdale

I like the coaches, positive environment and the fact that i can walk in work hard for 20 minutes and leave with a sense of accomplishment.

New owner is GREAT. Excellent attention to doing the exercise right so we get the best outcome from our workout. Fun energy and fast strong workouts.

This is 20 min well Spent! It a new way to exercise by using technology to measure your output and record it to allow you to outdo yourself the best time by establishing personal bests along the way! I highly recommend trying it out as they offer 2 free sessions and the coaches are very encouraging.

Used to love this place but some sketchy stuff has been going on. One of the coaches disappeared and the explanation as to why was always changing, the other was often late, and on his phone while training. What a shame.

Try it! What an incredible experience. This system is remarkable. The entire staff and owners really care. The results for just 20 minutes, twice a week are a game changer.
