The Edge Apartments

I really don’t know why The Edge is so underrated. I’ve been staying here for over an year now. Compared to the surrounding apartments like Haceinda, Windchase, UDA, Cardinal Oaks etc., Edge is far better. The management (Ms. Teresa and Ms. Angela) are very supportive. They always strive for the satisfaction of people staying in the apartments. The maintenance staff is super quick and friendly(It obviously takes a week for any huge repairs to be fixed). I would recommend Edge because it’s super economical for everyone including students and has CCTV set up everywhere.

Great price and great location for Lamar university students. Ms. Theresa is very nice and lenient willing to work with you if you communicate. Calls are acted on upon quickly when needed.

Beautiful place. Clean environment and excellent view

My favorite part about living here, is being able to have my dog. Maintenance is quick and efficient. Always on point with the property. Theresa the apartment manager is very kind & polite including being top of the line responsive. Dawnessa always have a smile on her face.. making my office visit just as pleasant. The location is convenient and in a quieter part of town allowing me to be close to work. I definitely feel safe living here.

We had to evacuate from lake charles after both hurricanes hit in 2020. We found this place that is 4bedrooms and 2baths. Balcony view, washer and dryer,dishwasher included. It not always quiet but most of the time it is. I have to give it to the manager tho, Mrs. Theresa always helps when we have problems. When moving in, our microwave was broken and then our ac wasn't working. Less than 5 hours, everything was working properly. 3/4 months later our ac was having problems again. I submitted a work order and she sent her maintenance asap to fix it along with my broken toilet handle. The maintenance men are also kind and cool! Always greets us with smiles when we see them. Mrs Theresa and her team are professional and that's a really good bonus in the world today! If you need a place to live. I suggest The Edge apartments. It's all bills paid(for now) and it fits a big family. Also! They allow any breed of animals. That was also a bonus, because trying to find a place to live with dogs is hard to do. I will forever be grateful for Mrs. Theresa for helping us in a rough time in our lives.
