The Dry Out Guys

As a single mom, head of household, it can very nerve-wracking when your home needs unexpected, sudden significant repair or service. The likelihood of calling greedy people, receiving mediocre service, or simply just getting “taken” is unfortunately too common. I woke up to heavy flooding in my basement after super heavy rains Wednesday night. It was way too much water for me to remove. I googled and came across The Dry Out Guys. I called. A tech came out to see the damage, he sat with me while I called my insurance company to iron any details. He then made a call…three service guys showed up not even 30 minutes later. These guys were AWESOME. In less than four hours they removed all the water, put down microbial cleanser, and put in about 10 high powered drying fans for overnight drying. Before they left, they explained to me why the flooding happened and helped me make additional service calls to deal with the root cause of the flooding. They even educated me on how to best deal with the items in my basement that were contaminated by the waste water. They promptly returned this morning to assess my basement. It was dry! I have never felt so great about a service call. The Dry Out Guys know customer care… and they know their stuff!

My daughter left the sink running. It flooded the laundry and went down into the basement needless to say it was a huge mess. They packed everything up for us and stored it while we were having the repairs done to our house. Great to work with in an emergency situation like we had.

My washer overflowed. I called them and within a couple of hours they were there. They are very professional and get the job done right. They will always be my go to if I have a disaster in my home. I would refer this company to everyone!!

Toilet over flooded on the top floor and went through the ceiling in the kitchen. The Dry Out Guys got it all dried out and had their drywall & painting guys come out and it looks perfect would never know we had a water damage.

Charged 8500 for under 6 man hours of unskilled labor. And totally ignored half of the job. Now we have mold issue. Call someone who isn't just trying to screw your insurance company and run. Charged over 4k to rent a few fans and left them for days after necessary because they were busy screwing someone else. But made sure to charge for those days. I could have literally purchased all the equipment for less than the rental cost.
