THE DHABHADHANI RETREAT

We booked this hotel and checked into the room, but the condition was very disappointing. The bedsheets and blankets were extremely untidy and did not appear clean. The housekeeping staff tried to change them, but even the replacement bedsheets and blankets were in the same poor condition. On top of this, the owner was very rude and uncooperative when we raised our concerns. Due to serious hygiene issues and poor behavior, we did not feel comfortable staying and decided to leave the property immediately.

Food was pathetic. Food Taste is very bad. They also tried to charge me 20rs more in very item ordered.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. First, our dining order was served very late — we had to wait much longer than expected. Then, when we placed a parcel order afterwards, the restaurant gave us a completely different item than what we ordered. This was very frustrating and inconvenient. We expect better service, attention to detail, and timely delivery of the correct food in the future.

We had a small pit stop from delhi to Ahmedabad. At evening time they only had Maggie and tea. Both were decent. Washrooms were OK there.

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful! 🌸 The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. 🛏️✨ The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. 🙏 The food was fresh, delicious, and served quickly. 🍲🥗 The location was convenient yet peaceful, making the overall stay very relaxing. 🌿 Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of quality, service, and comfort. 👍 I would definitely love to stay here again!
