Wait was at least 1.5 hrs; I believe they literally forgot I was there. I had taken off work so I was determined be seen. My husband complained to the receptionist about the wait and I was finally called back. The dr (not Dr. Stibich) literally chewed me out due to my husband complaining, and by disregarding all types of HIPPA regulations, commenced to explain in detail about the patient before me, saying that he had a melanoma on the end of his nose and how it was imperative that it be taken off this day. Because they were all in a hurry to close shop early and go to lunch (this was a Friday), my dr visit was rushed and subpar. The dr was hateful and unprofessional, the assistant was dismissive, and me and my family will NEVER go back. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. As for the comment below from their office, please don't be confused. Yes I was in your system and it has been a while and didn't I say you closed early on Fridays? I also notice where the office staff and supervisor have completed "excellent" reviews for themselves, lol. Just be respectful to your clients; the drs need to work on that as well. Thank you.

It is virtually impossible to schedule an urgent appointment even with a doctor's referral. ... the referral must be precisely worded according to their standards. If you complain, they hang up on you. ... They find ways to not help their customers!
