The Courtyard At Sussex is a wonderful facility. The staff has been amazing even during the most difficult times, always caring. Words escape me. The staff also cares about the family of a resident. I would recommend this facility to all for a loved one.

The Courtyard at Sussex has been a wonderful place for my mom. She was one of the first residents when it opened and is comfortable and happy living there. There are many activities, movies, events ,and holiday parties. My mom enjoys all the ones she goes to. And, I love how they include family members to join their love ones in events. We worry less about her living alone, since there is a very friendly staff that cares about their residence and are there when needed. Thanks for everything you all do!!!!

The Courtyard at Sussex is an amazing place to bring your family member. It is full of wonderful workers and residents. I have truly enjoyed every experience I've encountered with this establishment! Can't wait to see what the future holds 😀

As the director of the in-house therapy team, I can honestly say this is one of the best communities I've been a part of. The staff is attentive and compassionate and work together as a team--at both the staff and management level. From the daily activities, to meals, to cleanliness, to the overall care...I would not hesitate to make this your loved ones home.

Being part of the Encore family I’m very happy and pleased to call The Courtyard Of Sussex my employer. The Courtyard is not just a community for seniors or a job for employers but a family. I’ve been here since the beginning and NOT once doubted was this the best move for me. I drive 30min everyday to work and it’s well worth it from ALL the residents to the nurses and management, kitchen staff housekeepers and most definitely the care staff it’s the one place to be Good Job Guys

As a member of the Encore Senior Living Corporate team, I'm continually impressed every time I have the pleasure of visiting The Courtyard at Sussex. It's one of the most beautiful senior living communities I've been to. Beautiful natural light, thoughtfully designed, elegantly decorated. It's warm, inviting and very comfortable. The team here is top notch. The food is incredible, the apartments are spacious and bright, the activities are engaging and the towncar is the cherry on top! My favorite part of visiting is chatting with the residents and seeing how genuinely happy they are to be living here. They invite you in to see their apartments homes because they are so proud of how great they are! You'll want to come back for more!

Everyone from the management team and care staff go above and beyond to make this community great! The community is so warm and inviting, the food is outstanding and the activities and care staff take pride and excel in their roles to make sure their residents are happy and well taken care of!
