Order never arrived. Do not respond to emails. After calling, the employee would investigate. Nothing else ever came of this. Bad contact, sorry.

Order placed, order confirmation received but never a shipping confirmation. Called after 3 days and asked how it is. It would be sorted out. Didn't hear anything after 3 hours of waiting. Called again, voicemail. Then received a message that something went wrong and whether I wanted it sent again or money back. Something can always go wrong, so please send again. After a day of waiting still no shipping confirmation. Sent a message first. No answer after 1.5 hours. Called, voicemail. Then received an antisocial curt message that it had been sent. With the underlying message: don't complain about a few brownies. It probably wasn't intended that way, but that's how it came across. Asked again for a shipping confirmation, no response. These people clearly know nothing about business!!!

Very dissatisfied; paid, no confirmation or anything, no delivery. I called them and the lady was supposed to look into it and call back, but that didn't happen. Emailed, texted and no response everywhere.

Same experience as Jildou. Ordered a browny package in November, did not arrive. Contacted after much effort and would send it again. Never received and failed to get in touch: scam!
