Absolutely a scam! I went and viewed a one bedroom and I was told that due to it being on the market for a while it was reduced to $2132 from $2600 and I said wow that’s really good I went for it and filled out my application even did the deposit I signed and submitted everything then suddenly this morning I get a phone call from the leasing agent saying there was “ an error in pricing” and that it’s actually $2600 she CLEARLY told me and showed me the screen and I deposited $2132. What do u mean error in pricing when she said it was that price reduced for being on the market for so long what kind of “error is this” if ur a scammer just say it. They rejected my application after the leasing agent specifically told me multiple times “ur gonna be so lucky its $2100 for this luxury unit reduced from $2600” she entered all the information infront of me and showed me multiple times it was $2100. So whys it suddenly unreduced at $2600 when she literally said the application was going to be approved and I would be handed the keys for the price she said multiple times. What a joke. Choose someplace else they’re liars and just want money.

Alina is a very warm and welcoming person. We felt completely at ease with her. She is a very good salesperson. The Britt is a very beautiful building, with incredible immentities. The two rental units we saw were very nice.

Very nice place, a little small but cozy. Great location. The best part is the property manager - Alina. She is so welcoming and helpful. Tried all her best to help me with my moving out. Even it’s a moving out. Definitely great person to work with.

Have been living here for a few years now, over the past 6/7 months the building has fallen into complete chaos. Gym is a mess where many people would not be following required health and safety measures (people are walking around barefoot) and equipment is always broken or under repair. One of two elevators has been broken for over a month, with 0 communication to residents about possible resolutions or updates. Furthermore, with only one elevator in service, building management schedules move-ins to happen, meaning for the residents living in the building there is no access to an elevator. You guessed it, no communication to residents about the move in and what they are doing to mitigate it. What if someone can't walk up and down multiple flights of stairs to get where they need to be? Does that mean they are stuck at home? Building managers have a consistent track record of ignoring the needs of tenets, not communicating clearly or at all, and above all else raising rent and not doing anything with the money. When you talk to the building managers, it seems like they do not care at all about the problems going on in the building. It is truly insane, do not move here.

Clean, luxury, complete. The place es a good one to live.
