The Bridge on Forbes Apartments

Carl and the rest of the staff have been so incredible for me over the past year and a half and have been so accommodating for me when I’ve needed it. Apart from being excellent at their job, they’re always there for us to chat or rant or get something off of our mind and that creates such a loving environment here. They are always trying to go out of their way to do fun things for us and their parties and get togethers have been awesome this year. Couldn’t love them more😊❤️

Daughter rented for 2 years. Dishwasher was unusable due to bad drainage that the complex never fixed. Trash chutes often backed up with residents leaving their trash in trash room. Rigid moveout policy. We moved out shortly after graduation, but the management refused to do a close out when we were up there. No accommodations made to help students move out after end of Spring term. Charged $150 in damages for not emptying the bathroom trash can when we moved out. We would have loved to, but as mentioned before, the trash chute was backup up and overflowing.

I absolutely love the Bridge! The leasing office is amazing and I feel so at home here. Great place to live!

I have had nothing short of an amazing experience living at the Bridge on Forbes! All of the staff members are extremely friendly and immediately make you feel welcome! The living space is beautiful and if something breaks or is not working properly, maintenance will do a great job of fixing it! I have absolutely LOVED living at the Bridge on Forbes this past year and highly recommend for everyone to jump on the opportunity to do so!!!

The Bridge on Forbes staff is top notch and treats everyone like family. Been nothing but great to me since I moved in a year ago. Definitely recommend!

I have had an amazing experience at Bridge on Forbes this year! Everyone here is so friendly and are always there to help! They really take the time to get to know you and have been AMAZING! Most nights there is security in the lobby and the doors are locked so I always feel safe! The apartments are spacious, clean, and well designed. Any maintenance requests I have had, which have been so rare, have been solved that day! The amenities are great (gym, lounges, coffee bar, study rooms, etc). It is such a great place to live and I can not recommend it enough!
