The Bransinn - Entertainment District

I'd recommend that no one stay here. The only pleasant experience I had at the hotel was the woman who checked me in who also seemed new as she was asking questions about the computer while doing so. The staff are not ever available unless it's early morning or during check in/out times. Whoever is on night duty puts up a sign that says they're tending to other guests when they're most likely just sleeping in a room and leave a number that they don't ever answer or return calls with. Ice machines were all broken, water fluctuates when you take a shower, and the hotel room was gross. The photos you see on their page are not at all what their rooms look like IN THE SLIGHTEST. You also get a lovely fateful of cigarette smoke from the maintenance guys lingering at the front door when you walk in and out. Don't stay here. Spend an extra $30-$50 elsewhere and you'll be much happier.

WARNING: Do not stay here! The pictures of the rooms shown are nothing like the room we got! Stale carpet, hard beds, and it smelled terrible! The front desk staff was chomping on some food and I could barely understand him when we check in. After viewing the room, We tried to ask him about it and he walked away from us. I saw others reviews say they are remodeling, but what they show is nothing like what we got! The breakfast staff was simply wonderful. I waited till the end of my trip to decide to leave a review. This place could be wonderful but the false advertisement left me never wanting to come back here.

Room is not like the pictures that are advertised, carpet instead of luxury vinyl. Ice maker did not work. There is no vent fan in the bathroom. Breakfast is all processed food. Bathroom door did not latch. The water is not even hot. It will get warm when it is all the way on hot and then go cold 2 or 3 times when taking a shower. Worst place I have ever stayed at.

While not the newest property in Branson, it is newly remodeled with fresh paint and updated rooms. I would compare it to a Hampton in terms of quality, but at a fraction of that price. Are there things that tell you it is an older property? Sure, but not enough that it is anything to worry with, and everything was very clean. I will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

This place is really nice for the most part, they have redone the lobby and the rooms. However our bathroom needed a coat of paint or new wall paper. Their saltwater pool is amazing, it was so relaxing that we didn't want to get out. The hot breakfast might have been better if the older lady that had some help. She was the only one in there and it was way to much for her to keep up especially on Fourth of July weekend. Overall it is a good place to stay. The convenience of the location is great.
