The Athlete's Foot

Didn’t purchase, but they had nice deals, a wide variety, and it was a pleasantly non-pressured experience thanks to the brother with the locs that was on the floor. 05/30/2023 10:05am

I visited this store with my busy toddler to get him some shoes, it was a rough day. The manager Mauricia came over, was very friendly, and helpful with assisting me with finding the right shoes for the kiddo. She listened, was very kind, found the proper size for his foot, and was very patient with us. Overall a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!

If I could give this store a 0 rating I would. First off, there is no signs that tell you which shoe fits which category. When you walk in the store nobody even greets you. You have to ask, “Do you work here” just to get someone to talk to you. Also, what really didn’t make sense is, how do you have someone working the floor who tells you, “They don’t know how to measure a foot” then I ask for him to find someone who do and he never came back. Smh

I requested my shoes from the athlete foot in Stockbridge to request shoes from this Store and they had the nerve to send me the next day 2 left side shoes . I took them back the next day to the store in Stockbridge sales associate stated she will have them bring it to the store the next day and most definitely be there when I get off at 3 I got off at three and went to the one in Stockbridge NO SHOE she stated they didn’t bring it. Why she didn’t follow up about why they didn’t bring it was beyond me I was so ready for a refund then she called this store in McDonough and they claimed AGAIN It’ll be here in the morning. If it’s not there when I get off I will be requesting a refund. This store an it’s Affiliates are unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend any one shop here. I guess the little $7.25 they work for don’t Motivate them to work.

Staff was not there to work. One staff member was dressed in plain attire. I didn’t even know he worked there until i asked. Then his nonchalant behavior deterred me from even continuing my search for shoes. The selection is really limited. I thought it was a savior for a last minute purchase. But i still needed to hit a mall.
